SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.

Fulfilment - We will do our best to fulfill orders within a suitable timeframe. Please allow up to 10-14 business days for personalised items to be made up. This may increase during peak periods

Out of stocks - If we do not currently have the stock on the shelf, we will contact you via E-mail with an approximate arrival date/time 

Perishable items - Please be mindful of Australian Climate when ordering perishable items. all due care is given however we are NOT liable for any spoilage.
